We kindly inform you that we can only offer our service comprehensively based on pre-booked taxi rides. On-demand requests (i.e., spontaneous rides without prior reservation) are handled with lower priority and therefore cannot be fully guaranteed.
This approach allows us to ensure the quality and reliability of our serviceand provide you with the best possible planning security.
We therefore request that you book your rides in advance!
Pre-bookings are accepted daily
from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
with a minimum lead time of 2 hours,
by phone.
(Outside these hours, pre-bookings are only possible for the next day. These will be processed during our service hours. Your desired departure-time remains unaffected and is freely [24/7] selectable, as always!)
