Even better: If you have a "co-payment exemption" from your insurer
(like for pharmacy prescriptions), these medical transports are completely free for you!

Simply show your current year's exemption certificate issued by your health insurer.





The following should be taken into account when taking a medical journey by taxi:





PROCESS OVERVIEW

Medical Transport Prescription, issued by your treating doctor

Insurance Authorization, this "medical transport voucher" requires written approval from your health-insurer

(Execptions: Care level 3+ or Hospital admissions)

ideally: Exemption Certificate
Waives your personal co-payment

(see sample image above)

IMPORTANT:
Co-Payment Rules,
if no exemption applies, you pay:

10% of Fare – minimum 5,00€
but not more then 10,00€ max.!  *

Please note: We must charge this co-payment if you qualify for exemption but fail to present your certificate during transport.

It's always better having your exemption certificate with you, when start your medical journey!
